For all NON-USA Shipments, Depending on the shipping provider the customs/duties may or may not be included in the price of the shipping. Unpaid customs fees will have to be paid at the door. This business is run by one guy so please give me a few days (1-7) to package your orders Ill try to get the done as fast as I can. The price of the shipping is determined by Shopify shipping and the duties and tax ammount is determined by your home government. Products should be shipped within 1-7 business days. After its shipped it is up to the shipping provider to take the package to you safely. If your product is damaged or lost in the shipping process, Reson8 Apparel LLC is NOT liable for the damages or lost packages although we can try and help as much as possible.
